SHATTUCK FFA PRESIDENT SITS ON NOMINATING COMMITTEE

OKLAHOMA CITY - Shattuck FFA President Teagan Charmasson traveled to Oklahoma City Feb 11th - 13th to serve on the 2022 State FFA Officer Nominating Committee. Charmasson was one of only five FFA members chosen from across the state to sit on the committee, along with four adult members. This is quite an honor to be chosen, as these committee members are tasked with the important responsibility of choosing the FFA members that will become this year’s state FFA officer candidates. State Officer Candidates were tested over FFA knowledge, interviewed by the panel, and asked to present a prepared speech. At the conclusion of the weekend, the 2022 candidates from across the state were announced. Oklahoma FFA members will vote to elect the officers at FFA State Convention in Tulsa May 3rd-4th.
