Welcome to my World!

I'm Sharon Lantelme and I have been with Shattuck Schools for 25 years. This is the 8th year that I am able to be a full time librarian. However, I have taught 7th and 8th grade English along with 6th and 7th grade Reading. I have a daughter and a son and 4 grandchildren. 

I graduated from NWOSU with a Bachelor's degree in English Education and I recieved my Master's degree from UCO in Library Media.

Reading is fundamental in all curriculum. My goal is to help students on their journey to become lifelong learners and READERS! In doing so, I hope all Shattuck students discover a love for reading! I have a vested interest in helping our students be successful! Both of my children started school in Shattuck and graduated here. In today's ever changing world that is not always a possibility, but they are both appreciative that they were able to do so.

I enjoy watching the Shattuck students in all of their activites but in my free time I love to read and quilt! I also enjoy being outdoors - except during winter months.
