Students had fun singing along and dancing to the music! This is definitely one of the most fun days of the year!

Who needs a cell phone when you can just use a paper cup? Students in 4th grade made paper cup telegraphs.

A paper cup telegraph (or string phone) is a simple acoustic device made by connecting two paper cups with a long, taut string, allowing sound to travel via mechanical vibrations. When a person speaks into one cup, sound waves vibrate the bottom, travel along the string, and are converted back into sound waves in the listener's cup.
